I bought epson eco tank et 15000 and once used it broke in the adf part. I contacted the seller and he didn't answer me! I'm disappointed because I spent a lot of 800 Euros despite the customs taxes for it! So it's not worth to bying it!

Customer complained that the import duties and Taxes in Albania were too High and asked for a REFUND ($100). We told him that it was set by Albania Government Customs not USA, and we did not charge that but was sent through Ebay Global Shipping Program, and the charges he saw before purchase. Then several weeks later proceeded to say the item was damaged and needed a refund to fix. This sounds like Extortion Trying to recoup $100 of Import and Taxes, that he was not happy and sore with.
